Current Spiritual State:

Seeking God daily but not enough sacrificing for him.

Spiritual Goal: Spend at least 2 hours a day with the Lord, rather it be reading, praying, meditating, journaling, studying or praising him.

Current Finance Road:
I have been doing good with managing money, however there is still room for improvement.

Finance Goal: Create wealth and become more successful with my business.

Current Mental State:
Mental state is fine. There is stress in my life but not where Jesus and I can't manage it. Jesus is my strength and I believe that I can overcome all things.

I am blessed and overall I am a happy person who loves to help anyone when they need it.

Current Goal:
Seeking God's knowledge, wisdom and understanding in everything that I do.

Current Dietary Wellness:
In the process of changing my lifestyle. Some days I eat healthy and some days I do not.

Current Dietary Goal:
To gradually change my dietary habits into one that includes a variety of good health food choices.

Things that I need to work on in my life

Better home organization, firmer with my kids,  being there for someone that need me, even when it's not convenient for me and be steadfast in serving the Lord. I also need to take things one step at a time more. I must realize that I can't climb a mountain in one day.

My Road to optimal health has been a long one and is not over yet. Thank you Jesus!

My main goal is to live a prosperous and healthy lifestyle.  My body needs to be cleansed of all the many years of bad eating and unhealthy lifestyles. Today will mark the beginning of my new journey.

The key is taking it one day at a time. When changing your lifestyle, you must consider everything in your life, not simply your eating. Many people only consider one thing in particular and focus on that. For example, for overweight women, they tend to think more on the lines of losing weight by changing their diets. Considerations are not being given on the other factors that possibly could affect their weight. It is going to take more than our food for us to gain optimal health. We have to change our entire being which includes our health, our mental, spiritual, physical and financial state. All areas of our lifestyle must be balanced for any form of harmony.

Right now we need to pledge to take care of our entire being to achieve harmony with everything in our lives. Join me on the road to optimal health.
