MSG is monosodium glutamatemonosodium glutamate or MSG (E621) shows the hidden danger in our food today. MSG is used in thousands of products, such as snacks, soups, sauces, flavored potato chips (crisps) and most chinese food. MSG has many hidden names, such as yeast extract, hydrolised protein and flavoring to name a few. MSG makes your food taste better but it is NOT safe!
